Ralph was Isthmus’ design-led CEO for a decade — he led the practice through a period of qualitative and quantitative growth while staying committed to purpose. As a leader Ralph helped navigate challenges times, all the while strengthening values, maturing studio culture and deepening our commitment to kaupapa.

As a landscape architect / urban designer Ralph has won a number of industry awards over the years. He was the driving force behind the Isthmus book, Coast Country Neighbourhood City.

Ralph lives in Wellington and rides a bicycle whenever he can.
